My name is Mike Carter and I am the representive of the Chadds Ford Archery Club.

We have several skilled archery members in our club currently that enjoy the great outdoors.

If you currently have Deer problems and would like to give Chadds Ford Archery a chance to harvest some of them feel free to contact me via email.

One of our members would be glad to meet with you to go over our safe hunting practces as well as answer any questions/concerns you may have about hunting on your property. We'd be glad to share the harvest with any landowner in return for allowing us to hunt on their property.

We take SAFETY very important, All of our members are Family oriented, we all have pets and are very conscience when hunting to identify any target prior to shooting.

Our township has some of the best Whitetail Deer hunting in the state of PA without a doubt. I have hunted in this area my entire life and have witnessed some very nice bucks harvested. While some people say we have too many deer in our area, I can say for sure our numbers have dwindled considerably in the past 3-5 years due to the unlimited doe tags the county offers during the deer season. The Game Commission as we all know has their own agenda and for them the best thing is to kill as many deer as possible in areas that are considered overrun with deer, to me this is not the answer.

Enough on that issue for now, I mainly hunt trophy whitetails now with the Bow and don't really mess with the does too much unless of course its late in the season and I need to harvest a quality doe for some meat.

I enjoy watching young ones now learn the wonderful sport of bowhunting and am raising two beautiful children now who I hope to share these wonderful experieces with in the years to come.

My Daughter already has an act for trout fishing, soon enough she'll be hunting Bow w/me and I cannot wait to experiece moments like that.

If anyone has a yougster that has yet to harvest a deer and would like some suggestions on areas to hunt feel free to contact me as I amy be able to assist you on setting up a hunt in hopes of bagging that 1st whitetail for the youngster.
